Virginia Woolf

Virginia Woolf was a prominent British writer and modernist thinker, born on January 25, 1882. She is best known for her innovative novels, including "Mrs. Dalloway" and "To the Lighthouse," which explored themes of feminism, mental illness, and the complexities of human experience. Woolf was a central figure in the Bloomsbury Group, a circle of influential intellectuals and artists. She was also a pioneer in the use of stream-of-consciousness narrative technique. Tragically, Woolf struggled with mental health issues throughout her life and ultimately died by suicide on March 28, 1941. Her writings continue to be celebrated for their lyrical prose and profound insights into the human condition.
