James Worthy
James Worthy, born on February 27, 1961, is a former professional basketball player who played for the Los Angeles Lakers in the NBA. Known for his versatility and scoring ability, Worthy was a key player in the Lakers' Showtime era during the 1980s. He was a seven-time NBA All-Star and won three NBA championships with the Lakers in 1985, 1987, and 1988. Worthy was inducted into the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2003 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to the sport.
