Warren Leight

Warren Leight is an accomplished American playwright, screenwriter, and television producer. Born on December 27, 1957, in New York City, he is best known for his work on the hit television series "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" as showrunner, for which he won a Primetime Emmy Award. Leight has also written successful Broadway plays such as "Side Man," which earned him a Tony Award for Best Play.
