Tony Hsieh

Tony Hsieh was an American entrepreneur and venture capitalist, best known as the former CEO of Zappos. Born on December 12, 1973, in Illinois, Hsieh graduated from Harvard University. He co-founded LinkExchange, which was sold to Microsoft for $265 million. Hsieh joined Zappos in 1999 and helped grow the online shoe retailer into a billion-dollar company known for its exceptional customer service. He authored the best-selling book "Delivering Happiness" and was a pioneer in company culture and customer experience. Hsieh tragically passed away in November 2020 at the age of 46.
